The Missouri History Speakers’ Bureau provides speakers on a variety of topics and time periods in Missouri history.
Adult nonprofit organizations, including service and religious groups, can request a maximum of 2 speakers per calendar year from the Missouri History Speakers’ Bureau. There is no charge to the host institutions, but the availability of presentations is limited. At this time, the Bureau provides speakers to adult nonprofit organizations only and not to elementary or secondary schools (K−12) or colleges or universities.
Please allow 30 days for arrangements to be completed. Due to limited funds for the reimbursement of speakers’ travel expenses, preference will be given to organizations located within 100 miles of the requested speaker’s residence.
