Research and Copy Fees
Research Fees |

| Fees include the costs of staff-conducted research, up to 10 photocopies and mailing costs. Research fees are charged per 30 minutes of staff time for a maximum of two hours per request. Research fees are nonrefundable and do not guarantee that relevant information will be found. Research is conducted in the order requests are received. | ||

Usage Fees |

| Usage fees are applicable to reproductions of materials that will be used in publications, media productions, websites, and exhibits. Usage fees are waived for Missouri publicly funded institutions of higher education, Missouri state agencies and officials, and Missouri media. | ||
Not-for-Profit Organizations Must be accompanied by documentation of state or federal not-for-profit status. |

Interlibrary Loans |
||
| Microfilm may be available for loan through your local library. Up to two reels of microfilm can be requested at a time. Loan period is two weeks. Society members with memberships at the Supporting level or higher can borrow microfilm directly. Shipping and handling charges may be applied. | ||
