MDSC receives disc memorabilia and history from Wham-O

Midwest Disc Sports Collection, "part of the State Historical Society of Missouri at the University of Missouri-Columbia’s Ellis Library, follows the storied history of the flying disc from the first Wham-O Frisbee in 1957 to the Ultimate Frisbee and disc golf leagues of today."

"This month the collection received half a ton of disc memorabilia and history from Frisbee creators Wham-O Inc. and Daniel "Stork" Roddick, one of the sport’s founding members."
