The State Historical Society of Missouri - Research Center, Springfield

SHSMO and Missouri State University are partnering to make SHSMO manuscript, book, and microfilm collections available for use at the MSU Special Collections and Archives. SHSMO collections are delivered to the MSU Special Collections and Archives on the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month. Researchers may request up to three boxes of material, and requests must be made at least one week in advance—by the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Research materials can remain at MSU for up to two weeks and can be recalled.

Manuscript collections are available for research at any of the Society's Research Centers.

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Requests for materials must be made at least one week in advance—by the first and third Wednesdays of each month.

* Research materials will not be delivered on the fourth Wednesdays of November and December due to MSU campus closures.
