The State Historical Society of Missouri - Research Center, Springfield

SHSMO and Missouri State University are partnering to make SHSMO manuscript, book, and microfilm collections available for use at the MSU Special Collections and Archives on the fourth Wednesday of every month. Collections from all SHSMO Research Centers (Columbia, Kansas City, Rolla, and St. Louis) are available for retrieval, and researchers may request up to three boxes of material each month. Requests must be made at least one week in advance—by the third Wednesday of each month.

Manuscript collections are available for research at any of the Society's Research Centers.

Requested Materials Available
Fourth Wednesday of each month 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Requests must be made at least one week in advance—by the third Wednesday of each month.

* Research materials will not be available on the fourth Wednesdays of November and December due to Missouri State Campus Closures. The Society will instead make materials available on Wednesday, December 4. Requests for materials for December 4 must be made by November 20.
