New Hours Effective September 2, 2008
The State Historical Society of Missouri and the Western Historical Manuscript Collection-Columbia facilities will be open to patrons the following hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:45
- Saturday, 8:00 - 3:30
Both facilities will be now be closed on Tuesday evenings.
Main Art Gallery is closed Mondays and opens at 9a.m., Tuesday - Saturday and closes 15 minutes before the rest of the Society.
The Photograph, and Map Collections; Administration, Editorial, and Technical Services departments are not open Saturdays.
The holiday schedule will be the same for SHS and WHMC.
Through August 29, The State Historical Society of Missouri is open Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m., and Saturday, 9:00a.m. - 4:30p.m. The Society is closed on Sunday.
